Prime Regenerate accepts returns of new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, customers must contact Customer Support at support@primeregenerate.com before sending any items back.
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
If a return is required due to shipping damage or supplier error, customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the damage
- Confirmation of whether the damage was noted at delivery when signing
Return shipping costs are covered when the return is the result of shipping damage or supplier error.
For customer-initiated returns (change of mind):
- No fixed restocking fee is charged
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Items must be shipped insured using the same shipping method originally used (Ground or LTL Freight)
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If the product is returned in new, undamaged condition, a refund is issued for the full purchase amount, minus any applicable re-boxing or packaging fees (typically $20–$50, depending on product size).
If returned items are damaged, the customer will be notified and may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Prime Regenerate currently ships within the contiguous United States (48 states).
Free Shipping is offered on most orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.
SaunaLife and other oversized or freight-shipped products are excluded from free shipping due to specialized freight delivery requirements.
All applicable shipping charges (including freight fees when required) are clearly displayed at checkout prior to purchase. No hidden fees are charged.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on product availability, shipping method, and destination.
Large or freight-shipped items require curbside delivery. Inside delivery, liftgate service, or white-glove delivery may be available for an additional fee where applicable.

Prime Regenerate is an authorized online retailer and does not manufacture the products sold on this website.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.
Warranty coverage typically applies to manufacturing defects under normal residential use and does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Misuse, abuse, or modifications
- Damage caused by improper site preparation or maintenance
Warranty claims must be submitted through Prime Regenerate so we can coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Replacement parts or repairs are provided at the manufacturer’s discretion and may consist of new or reconditioned components.
Warranty terms apply only to the original retail purchaser and are non-transferable.
