Prime Regenerate — Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Prime Regenerate, we take pride in offering premium wellness, recovery, and luxury performance products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in accordance with our guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Defective products

  • Non-defective products
    All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.


2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


3. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible products within the same 30-day window. Items must be in new condition.


4. Return Method

All returns are processed by mail only.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a downloadable, printable prepaid return label.

5. Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned non-defective products.
This fee is calculated based on the product price.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs (if any were paid) are non-refundable.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:
