Prime Regenerate is an online retail brand operated by CL Stores LLC. We partner with authorized manufacturers and distributors. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for new, unused, and uninstalled items.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Authorization

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.
  • Please contact customer support before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping is provided for all eligible returns.
  • No restocking or handling fees are charged.

Inspection & Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage after delivery.
