Thermo-Spruce lasts up to twice as long as cedar, offering a chemical-free, eco-friendly, and dimensionally stable material ideal for outdoor environments.

Beneath its elegant simplicity, the RAIN-Series is packed with smart design features. Heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands compress the full-height staves, creating a spacious and stable enclosure. Inside the Model R3, a dual-head shower system includes an overhead rain shower and a handheld spray for versatile cleansing. A removable interior floor mat conceals pitched drainage channels for efficient water management.

Crafted from premium Nordic Spruce and dried to a warm golden tone, the R3 showcases distinctive grain patterns and rustic tight-knot character. The interior benefits from integrated piping, a comfortable floor mat, and a complimentary bottle of paraffin oil to enrich and preserve the natural wood finish.

SaunaLife Limited Lifetime Warranty – Overview
SaunaLife extends this Limited Lifetime Warranty exclusively to the original retail purchaser of SaunaLife saunas, barrel showers, and immersion tubs purchased from an authorized reseller. This warranty applies to residential use only and is non-transferable.
Warranty Coverage & Term
• Two (2) years of coverage for residential applications from the date of delivery
• Covers defects in workmanship under normal use and service
• Applies only to factory-assembled components deemed defective by SaunaLife
• Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement at SaunaLife’s discretion
• Replacement parts may be new or factory reconditioned
• Repaired or replaced components carry only the remaining portion of the original warranty
What Is Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic changes or natural weathering of wood
• Wood grain variation, knots, color variation, shrinkage, expansion, or minor deformation
• Installation, delivery, removal, or reinstallation costs
• Labor charges of any kind
• Sauna heaters and added components
• Damage visible prior to installation
• Damage caused by misuse, harsh chemicals, excessive temperatures, movement of the product, or acts of God
Warranty Service Process
• SaunaLife reserves the right to repair or replace defective components
• A Return Authorization (RA) is required before any warranty return
• Photographs of the defect must be provided
• Defective components must be shipped prepaid to SaunaLife
• SaunaLife may inspect the product or assign an agent to inspect the claim
• Repaired components will be shipped back to the original purchaser
