Flat-Rate Freight:
$950 to the contiguous United States.

Delivery Method:
Curbside delivery by appointment. Items are delivered on a wooden pallet and lowered to ground level.

Heater & Accessories:
Heater systems and accessories may ship within the same shipment at no additional cost. Additional freight charges may apply if separate pallets are required.

• Foundation: Prepare a flat, level, load-bearing base (concrete pad, pavers, or a properly built deck).
• Drainage: Choose a location with good drainage to avoid standing water around the base.
• Clearances: Leave comfortable clearance around the sauna for airflow, service access, and safe entry/exit.
• Pathway: Confirm a clear delivery path for pallet drop-off and placement (width, gates, turns, and surface condition).
• Outdoor Exposure: For best longevity, place where roof runoff and sprinklers will not continuously soak the exterior.
